The Illinois Cannabis Patients Association is a nonprofit organization dedicated to legally protecting medical cannabis patients in the state of Illinois.  Our primary is focus is passing Senate Bill 1381 and House Bill 2514 in the 96th Illinois General Assembly.

We aim to organize patients, doctors, and advocates of medical cannabis to persuade their state legislators to vote affirmatively on this legislation.  For that reason we are a registered lobbying entity in the State of Illinois and our expense report is/should be available through the Illinois Secretary of State’s Office.
